How we work
The WinFlow Method is our internal framework for moving an RFP from raw document to submission-ready response: structured RFP breakdown, line-by-line compliance mapping, evaluator-aligned positioning, drafting, and a final submission-readiness pass. It is the same five steps on every engagement.
Why payment first
The Strategy Session is paid upfront because it reserves real senior time. That gate also filters serious buyers from people gathering free advice, which is what lets us keep the price low and the work substantive. If we recommend No-Go, you save weeks; if it’s a Go, the Strategy Session credit applies toward the full engagement.
Confidentiality
Every engagement is NDA-ready by default. RFP documents, pricing inputs, past performance materials, and any Client-provided content are treated as confidential and used only to deliver your engagement. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the formal language.
Operating entity
Proposals and More is a brand operated by VGA Technologies Inc. All contracts entered through proposalsandmore.com are between the Client and VGA Technologies Inc. (d/b/a Proposals and More). Payments are processed by Stripe, scheduling is handled through Cal.com, and all engagements are governed by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
