1. No guarantee of contract award
We do not guarantee that any proposal we deliver will be accepted, shortlisted, or awarded a contract. Procurement outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including evaluator preferences, competitive bids, scoring criteria, organizational politics, and budget changes. Industry win rates for competitive RFPs typically range between 10% and 30%. Our fees are for professional services performed, not for any specific outcome.
2. Not legal, financial, or compliance advice
We are a proposal services firm. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, or licensed compliance auditor. Nothing we provide — including compliance matrices, risk assessments, pricing models, or strategy outlines — constitutes legal, accounting, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for engaging appropriate licensed professionals to validate the legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of your proposal and the underlying contract.
3. AI-assisted drafting
Our delivery methodology uses AI-assisted acceleration combined with senior human review. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations even after expert review. You are responsible for verifying that the final proposal accurately represents your company’s qualifications, capabilities, pricing, compliance posture, and any factual claims before submission to the issuing organization.
4. Compliance and certifications
Compliance matrices, certifications, and any other compliance-related deliverables represent our best professional analysis based on the RFP text and the information you provide. They do not constitute a legal opinion or a binding compliance certification. The ultimate responsibility for compliance with the procurement rules of the issuing organization remains with you.
5. Past performance
Any references to past engagements, win rates, average turnaround times, or revenue figures are illustrative and aggregate. They do not constitute a promise or warranty of similar performance for your specific engagement.
6. Third-party tools and links
Our website and deliverables may reference or link to third-party tools (Stripe, Cal.com, Resend, GitHub, Vercel, government portals, and others). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Use of those third parties is governed by their own terms.
7. WinFlow Method
“WinFlow Method” is the name of our internal methodology and framework. It is not a registered trademark, and we make no claim of exclusive rights to the term “WinFlow” in any field outside our own service offering. Other companies use similar names; any coincidence is unintentional.
